汤森路透旗下的IFR表示，北京网络服装零售商凡客诚品计划集资10亿美元，为今年迄今中国网络公司上市规模之最。

IFR表示，预料这家公司不久将委托银行安排其上市，计划今年第四季度实现。

网络书店当当网、社交网站人人网和相亲网站佳缘近几个月先后在纳斯达克上市，凡客诚品成为最新一家透露出到美国上市意向的内地网站。

凡客诚品发言人未就相关报道发表意见。

分析师们认为，该公司的经营模式和快速增长对投资者有吸引力。

Clothing retailer Vancl will be latest mainland online operator showing interest for a US listing after several portals make debuts on Nasdaq

Vancl.com , a mainland-based online clothing retailer, plans to raise US$1 billion in the largest US initial public offering from a Chinese online company so far this year, according to IFR, a unit of Thomson Reuters.

The Beijing-based company might soon mandate banks on the deal, which is planned for the fourth quarter this year, IFR said.

The company would be the latest mainland online operator showing interest for a listing in the United States after several portals, including online bookstore Dangdang.com, social network site Renren.com and dating website Jiayuan.com, made their debuts on Nasdaq in recent months.

A Vancl spokesman declined to comment on the news report.

Analysts said the company's business model and fast growth would be attractive to investors.
