    昨天在布鲁塞尔的峰会上，各国终于敲定第二轮救援希腊的协议，将大幅减少希腊的巨额债务，防止意大利和西班牙等其它国家卷入危机。草案受到投资者欢迎，昨晚推动股市与欧元上扬。

    该草案被盛赞为新的 '马歇尔计划' ，是近18个月危机的转折点。

    根据协议草案， 欧元区将再次为希腊提供贷款，采取措施减少该国3500亿欧元（3.87万亿港元）债务，并允钓p营领域参与提供第二轮救援。

    文件指出，各家银行及其它私人债权人已同意自愿通过各种方式为希腊提供第二轮救援。

The agreement being hammered out at a summit in Brussels will dramatically reduce the country's massive debts and prevent other nations such as Italy and Spain being dragged into the crisis.

It was being hailed as a new "Marshall Plan" and the turning point in the 18-month long crisis.
